The Situation
TSplus sells enterprise remote access and application delivery software — products where deployment architecture matters a lot before a purchase is made. Prospects needed to understand how TSplus would fit into their existing infrastructure before they could buy with confidence.
The problem: every architecture conversation required a manual diagram. The sales team was spending significant time creating custom visuals for each prospect, and even then, prospects often left calls without a clear mental model of the deployment.
What We Built
An interactive, self-service architecture simulator — live at tsplus.net/architecture-simulator.
The tool lets prospects and clients build their own TSplus deployment diagram visually, without needing to talk to a salesperson first. Users drag, connect, and configure infrastructure components in a browser-based interface and can instantly see how different deployment options affect their architecture.
Key features:
- Visual component library — all TSplus-relevant infrastructure elements available as drag-and-drop nodes
- Interactive configuration — users can explore different deployment scenarios in real time
- Shareable outputs — diagrams can be saved and shared with internal stakeholders, shortening the internal approval loop
- Guided experience — structured flows help users who aren’t network architects understand their options
The Results
- The sales team stopped drawing diagrams manually
- Prospects enter sales conversations with a concrete architecture already in mind
- Pre-sales confusion about deployment options dropped significantly
- The simulator scales to serve hundreds of concurrent users with no manual effort
TSplus went from a white-glove architecture explanation process to a scalable self-service tool that works before the first call.
